This is one of my favorite radio programs, every week something brilliant, mundane, and incredibly thought provoking happens, that makes me smile. I highly recommend getting the podcast where you can now get the full show every week just after it airs. Well now they have a T-Shirt competition, the winner gets $1000 and probably [...]

So what do you think? Accurate? Leave comments with any demographics you would care to share. Me, i’m a 38 year [...]
God Bless Everyone

God Bless Everyone is a great T-Shirt from Demockratees.com that would be entirely appropriate for the upcoming 4th of July celebrations. I’ve always been bothered by the exclusionary nature of the God Bless America statement, maybe because it is often used by politicians and almost always with more emphasis on the America as opposed to [...]

PaperPlain Animal T-Shirts:
About PaperPlain and Their Wildlife T-Shirts
Paper Plain was created to fill the void in the T-Shirt market for simple, well-designed shirts.

All our animal t-shirts are designed in house, with eminently stylish (some would say emo) designs.

Paper Plain T-Shirt Company was started in 2003 to make and sell simple yet stylish T-Shirts. Our iconized T-Shirt designs and the colors are selected based upon their simple beauty and wide appeal.

Out first line of T-Shirts, animals, was selected basically because 'people like animals' and 'people like animal t-shirts'. Animals have a universal appeal to both old and young, rich and poor, optimistic and pessimistic audiences.

The T-Shirt market, and animal t-shirt market in particular, have in recent years seen a drastic decrease in self realized t-shirts. Multi-color and full graphic screen printed t-shirts strive to bring a realistic interpretation of the animal to the fibers of the t-shirt. These efforts are pre-destined to dramatic failure. -- Who really wants a stupid looking photo of a tiger head that fades at the edges on the front of a black t-shirt?

Paper Plain Animal T-Shirt Company recognizes the mistakes of many a T-shirt maker because we realize that attempting to capture the qualities of an animal with a photo will always fail.

Realizing this we decided to portray our animals in an iconic style. The animals chosen, the Platypus, the Turtle, the Rhinoceros, the Squirrel, the Walrus, and the Rabbit have unique qualities lending them to iconization. 'Our icons capture the soul of the animal, not the image'. Simple, stylish, beautiful, you always stand out from the crowd with Paper Plain T-shirts.
